This hunting rifle turned out to be one of my all-time favorite builds.

The texture and shape of this H-S Precision synthetic stock are awesome for hunting. The wider base of the fore end will be super steady on all kinds of rests; from a narrow metal rail on a ladder stand to a window frame on a box stand. And it definitely won’t slip on you.

I bead blasted the Krieger stainless barrel to match the Kauger Arms Action. The diamond fluting pattern on the bolt is the perfect accent.

The bottom metal is H-S Precision with a detachable magazine and the trigger is a TriggerTech Primary. In addition to the frictionless technology of TriggerTech triggers, the curved lever and the safety placement are great for even the harshest of conditions.

This rifle deserved deserved HIGH quality glass; and that’s exactly what it got. Swarovski Z5 2.4-12×50.

Total weight of the rifle is 11 lbs 3 oz. This hunter is teeny tiny and it’s a common assumption that the smaller the shooter the lighter they would want their rifle. But for 200-225 yd shots, the weight and the stockiness of the rifle complement her smaller size perfectly for a super steady aim and less recoil.

No doubt in my mind there are going to be a lot of deer dropped dead in their tracks with her sitting behind this gun.
